Star’s development projects include ground-up, valued add, build-to-suit, adaptive reuse and renovation properties. We considers ourselves specialists in the entitlement process and in public financing methods such as TIF and CID. Star has successfully delivered millions of square feet of properties since its founding, including retail, office, industrial, residential and multi-family properties.

Manage

Star Development Company interfaces with every aspect of the company’s projects, from “construction to commission.” Our Management group oversees all facets of a project or building, including property operations, lease administration, budgeting, expense analysis and service contract negotiations.

Acquisition
